Grants

The Geographical Societies that are member of EUGEO will have the possibility to offer at least one grant of €200 to help young researchers with their costs of registration and travel. Grants are available for active participants with an accepted paper. The grants are will cover the early fee of € 120 and € 80 to be paid upon registration in Brussels. The young researchers are invited to contact directly the geographical society of their country of residence. In case this appears not to be possible, the request can be sent to Nathalie Auspert, srbg@ulb.ac.be.

Accommodation

The hotel costs have to be covered by the participants

The congress website provide a short list of hotels and hostels recommended by visit.brussels, the Brussels Tourist Agency. Most of them will be at walking distance to the Palace of the Academies.
